The metal does scratch so we advise you look after it with lots of love.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal that you was used for payment.
We will repair damaged jewellery within 30 days of purchase at our discretion, after this 30 days there may be a charge depending on the condition of the item.
All postage will also be refunded back into your credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
